The Startup Leadership Programme, organized by the Royal Academy of Management in collaboration with the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority, is designed for founders and co-founders of technology innovation startups in Oman, aiming to enhance their strategic leadership and operational skills through a comprehensive curriculum that includes international exposure and connections with experts and investors, ultimately preparing them for sustainable growth and global expansion.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a founder or co-founder of a startup
• Must hold an executive position
• Company must be headquartered or primarily operating in Oman
• Company must have at least 5 employees
• Must be a technology innovation startup with sustainable growth potential
