Eligibility Criteria

• Service offered to clients is a “need” (not a want)
• Preferably in a regulated / mandated space with contracted services
• Experienced management team
• Industry to continue to grow organically (GDP+) due to favourable dynamics
• Little to no risk of technology displacement / low exposure to cyclical parts of the economy
• Track record of $1M to $10M in EBITDA
