Eligibility Criteria

• Founders must be based in the U.S. and incorporated as a U.S. entity
• Ideal applicants are working as a team or in the process of forming one
• Solo founders are welcome but encouraged to have at least one co-founder
• Must be able to build and test lightweight prototypes
• No formal engineering background required
• Not required to be generating revenue or raising capital
