Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must not have registered a commercial entity or served as legal representatives in Shenzhen, nor have set up a business or cooperative with relevant industries there. Participants must possess full ownership of all rights related to the product, technology, or patent. They are responsible for ensuring their innovation does not infringe on the rights of others. Previous winners of any Shenzhen innovation competitions are not eligible to participate. Projects must demonstrate significant innovation within the competition's eligible verticals listed below: Ocean Economy, New Materials, Green & Low Carbon Technology.
