Benefits

• UK registered businesses can apply for a share of up to £5 million. These feasibility studies will investigate ways to improve semiconductor design and manufacture within the UK to support critical technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• UK registered businesses of any size
• Must involve at least one grant claiming micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise (SME)
• Project must be carried out in the UK
• Total grant funding request must be between £75,000 and £300,000
• Project duration must last up to six months
• Project must start by September 1, 2025, and end by February 28, 2026
