Eligibility Criteria

• Open to individuals and institutions in Portugal
• Applications can be made individually or in co-promotion
• Must focus on advanced computing projects in scientific domains
• Prior experience in advanced computing is recommended for certain access types (A2, A3)
• Commercial entities must engage in pre-competitive research and cannot exceed 50% of total resources allocated
