The Black Pitch Contest offers Black entrepreneurs in Canada the opportunity to showcase their visionary ideas, gain mentorship and funding, and receive national recognition and exposure, with a chance to win up to $50,000 in prizes at the live Pitch Competition in Vancouver, BC.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a legal resident of Canada
• Any age or gender in any industry
• Open to registering as a Canadian business
• Founder or majority shareholder(s) must self-identify as Black
• Must be passionate about the idea being pitched
• Must understand that funding is taxable
• Must be available to attend the in-person Pitch Competition in May 2025 if named as a finalist
