Eligibility Criteria

• Overseas talents with global innovation and entrepreneurship experience
• Chinese Mainland passport holders aged 50 or below; no age limit for other passports
• Non-Chinese must have at least a Bachelor's degree; Chinese nationals need a Master’s or above earned outside China
• Projects should display significant innovation
• Companies already registered in Hangzhou are not eligible
