The European Commission invites legal entities to submit proposals aimed at advancing the evolution of the internet towards an open and interoperable Web 4.0 and virtual worlds, focusing on key areas such as identity management, software supply chain security, open hardware, and decentralized solutions, with a total funding budget of €14.5 million for 2025, fostering innovation and collaboration within the European digital ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria

• Legal entities from EU Member States
• Overseas Countries and Territories linked to EU Member States
• Countries associated with Horizon Europe (e.g., Canada, UK, Norway) are eligible for funding
• Entities from non-associated third countries can participate but may not receive funding
