About

The Ignite Grant Program by WBDC offers grants of up to $10,000 to qualified women-owned small businesses in Connecticut to support projects that will drive business growth and profitability, with a deadline of March 10, 2025.

Benefits

• Grants between $2,500 and $10,000 will be awarded for projects that will have a measurable impact on the business, its growth, and profitability.

Eligibility Criteria

• The business must be 51% or more woman-owned, headquartered in CT, registered in the state of CT, owned by a CT resident, have been in business for at least two years, have annual sales/revenue between $25,000 and $2,000,000, be in good standing with the CT Department of Revenue Services, have an established business bank account, utilize a formal digital bookkeeping/financial system, be for profit, owned by a woman at least 18 years old, have invested at least $2,500 into the business in the last 12 months, and not fall under the listed ineligible categories.
