Eligibility Criteria

• Hong Kong AI based limited company established within 5 years of application submission
• Ideally has received startup equity funding from pre-seed to series A
• At least 2 full-time staff willing to work onsite at HKSTP
• Founding team holds at least 51% of company shares collectively
• Company has a prototype or MVP being market validated
• Not currently enrolled in HKSTP/Cyberport Incubation Program
