About

ELEVATE 2025 is a flagship startup funding initiative by the Karnataka Government aimed at providing financial support and incubation services to innovative startups in Karnataka, offering up to ₹50 million in funding, mentorship, and various subsidies to help early-stage companies develop prototypes, validate concepts, and expand their businesses, with a special focus on supporting SC/ST and minority entrepreneurs.

Benefits

• Funding support up to 50 million INR
• Subsidies for patent fees, marketing, GST, and quality certification under Karnataka Startup Policy 2022-2027
• Access to mentors, incubation center networks, and investor connections
• Mandatory incubation and mentoring at designated K-tech innovation centers or excellence centers

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be registered as a private limited company, partnership, or LLP in Karnataka
• Established for no more than 10 years
• Annual turnover not exceeding 100 million INR
• Focus on innovation or improvement of existing products, services, or processes with potential for job or wealth creation
• Companies that have previously received funding must wait 3 years to reapply
• Special projects for SC/ST and minority entrepreneurs have additional equity and certification requirements
