• Startups must be at pre-seed or seed stage with at least a demo prototype or MVP
• Focus on exponential technologies like distributed ledger technology, blockchain, AI, and deep tech
• Clear global vision to solve significant problems
• Preferably possess or are developing proprietary intellectual property
