Eligibility Criteria

• Fluent in English or Spanish
• Consistent internet access
• Proficient in Excel
• Availability for 6-month program with weekly calls
• Committed to positive benefits for people in poverty
• Focus on women's economic power or climate resilience
• Operational for at least a year
• Minimum $50,000 annual earned income
• Working financial model
• Minimum 3 full-time staff
• Minimum 3-month cash runway
