The GPHSF 2025 Senior Care Microgrant program offers funding support for community and non-profit organizations in the Peterborough area to develop projects focused on senior care and healthy aging, with grants of up to CAD 5,000 available for initiatives that have a lasting impact on the community and improve the quality of life for seniors.

Benefits

• Up to CAD 5,000 per microgrant, with a total of CAD 10,000 available
• Funding can be used as seed money for new projects or to support existing projects
• Priority given to projects with lasting community impact, addressing emerging community needs, and improving the quality of life for seniors

Eligibility Criteria

• Community and non-profit organizations including healthcare organizations
• Must operate or plan to operate in Peterborough City and surrounding areas (Peterborough County, Hiawatha First Nation, Curve Lake First Nation)
• Projects must involve senior care and promote healthy aging
