The Tholoana Enterprise Programme, organized by the SAB Foundation, is a two-year structured support initiative aimed at empowering rural entrepreneurs, particularly women, youth, and persons with disabilities, through comprehensive skills development, mentorship, and access to vital resources, with applications open from August 4 to September 8, 2025.
