The Horizon Europe program is seeking innovative projects to achieve climate neutrality in peri-urban areas by enhancing mobility, energy, industry, and governance, offering participants the opportunity to contribute to long-term decarbonization and improved liveability in real-life settings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Each applicant must be a legal entity established in an EU member state or a Horizon Europe associated country
• Each consortium must include at least three legal entities from three different eligible countries
• Proposals should involve stakeholders from at least three ‘lead’ and three ‘replicator’ urban/peri-urban areas.
