The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 invites passionate young professionals aged 25-35 from the Atlantic Basin to apply for a fully funded leadership development experience, culminating in participation in a high-level conference in Morocco, fostering cross-regional dialogue and networking opportunities with global decision-makers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Aged 25-35 years old as of May 7, 2025
• Citizens or residents of countries in the Atlantic Basin (Africa, North/Central/South America, Europe, or the Caribbean)
• Fluent in English
• Available for the full period (December 7–13, 2025)
• Demonstrating leadership potential and a strong professional track record
• Committed to creating impact in their communities and fields (public, private, civil society…)
• Eager to engage across cultures and contribute to the Emerging Leaders and Atlantic Dialogues networks
