Eligibility Criteria

• Housing unit must have been damaged or destroyed by floods or landslides in 2024 and not fit for habitation
• Must have a building permit or meet the requirements for issuing one
• Applicant and household members do not own any other eligible residential property
• Damaged or destroyed facility must be owned by the applicant or a member of his/her household
• Applicant has not received assistance from another donor for permanent housing.
