The First-Time Exporters Accelerator Programme by InterTradeIreland is a fully funded initiative designed for SMEs with limited cross-border trading experience, offering comprehensive support through mentoring, training, and actionable strategies to enhance export capabilities and drive sales in new markets, all while fostering valuable connections with industry professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
- SMEs with less than 250 staff
- Minimum annual turnover of £100,000 and not exceeding £40 million
- Indigenous businesses registered in Ireland or Northern Ireland
- Active in manufacturing or tradable services sectors
- Minimum 12 months trading history
- More than 75% of sales in home market
- Cross-border sales in opposite jurisdiction less than 7% of turnover
- Complete project within 6 months of approval
