The Commonwealth Startup Fellowship 2026 offers early-stage startups from low and middle-income Commonwealth countries a unique opportunity to participate in a fully funded bootcamp in Accra, Ghana, along with access to £35,000 in equity-free grants, mentorship, and a chance to pitch to investors, all designed to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses and drive job creation in their home countries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a citizen or refugee of a low or middle income Commonwealth country
• At least graduate level
• Permanent resident in an eligible Commonwealth country
• Fluent in English
• Not previously undertaken a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the last five years
• Must demonstrate innovation and active development of a product or service for at least six months
• Must have a minimum viable product and evidence of customer engagement
