The Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz International Prize for Water is now accepting nominations for its specialized prizes and creativity prize, offering substantial monetary rewards and recognition for cutting-edge research in surface water, groundwater, alternative water resources, water management, and protection.

Benefits

• The Specialized Prizes offer $130,000 (SAR 1/2 million) each, while the Creativity Prize offers $260,000 (SAR 1 million) along with a distinctive trophy and certificate. Winners will gain recognition for their innovative work in water-related scientific fields.

Eligibility Criteria

• Individuals or research teams are eligible for nomination for the Specialized Prizes and Creativity Prize, while universities, institutions, or government agencies are not eligible to be nominees. Nominations for the Specialized Prizes are by direct self-nomination, and nominations for the Creativity Prize must be made by a university, institution, or government agency on behalf of the nominated team of researchers. The work being considered for nomination must have been completed within five years prior to the nomination deadline.
