Eligibility Criteria

• Canadian SMEs must be incorporated, profit-oriented, with 500 or fewer employees
• Must have been operational for at least 12 months
• Minimum of 5 full-time employees in Canada
• Must pursue growth through innovative technology-driven products or services
• Brazilian partners must comply with FAPESP PIPE – Phase 2 requirements
• Consortium must include at least one Canadian SME and one Brazilian partner from São Paulo
