The Frontera Farmer Foundation Grant Program is offering small and mid-size farmers in the Midwest the opportunity to receive grants of up to $15,000 to support capital improvements that enhance farm viability and increase the availability of locally grown food products in the Chicago area, promoting sustainability and supporting the local food ecosystem.

Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

• Small and mid-size farmers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin with up to $600,000 in annual gross revenue, in business for at least three years, selling food products to customers in the Chicago area at farmers markets and otherwise.
