The Black Ambition Prize Competition 2025 offers underrepresented founders in the U.S. the opportunity to access growth capital, coaching, and a supportive community, with awards ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, to help level the playing field and drive innovation in various industries.

Eligibility Criteria

• For-profit ventures in consumer products and services, healthcare, media and entertainment, technology, and/or AI
• Must be legally incorporated in the U.S.
• Must have demonstrated progress against a business concept
• Must have raised less than $1M in dilutive funding
• All team members must be at least 18 years old
• Must include at least one founding member that identifies as Black/African/African American and/or Hispanic/Latino/Latina/Latinx
• Each team must have a minimum of two team members
• The lead of the venture must be a legal U.S. resident and based in the U.S.
