Eligibility Criteria

• Scientific founders and early-stage biotechnology or biomarker/diagnostics startups
• Less than $1.5 million in dilutive capital
• Access to intellectual property
• No geographic restrictions
• Biotechnology applicants must have promising therapeutic pipelines or platform assets
• Biomarker and diagnostics applicants must utilize machine learning, high-performance, or quantum computing technologies
