The FS4Africa project is offering up to €60,000 in funding for African innovators developing scalable food safety solutions, targeting critical challenges in food safety across the continent, with a focus on real-world testing and compliance improvements, while providing expert support and networking opportunities within the food safety ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
- Single African entities including startups, SMEs, NGOs, research institutes, and social enterprises
- Solutions must start at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4 (functional prototype) and reach TRL 6 (validated in relevant environment) by the end of the project
- Must demonstrate testing with at least 10 users and include a demonstration event with 30+ stakeholders
- Provide a plan for scaling or commercialization
