Eligibility Criteria

• Both domestic and international entrepreneurs can apply as a company or project team
• Participants must be the actual controller of a tech company founded after January 1, 2020, or the main person in charge of a project with industrialization value
• Projects must fall within key industry areas of the East Lake High-Tech Zone
• Projects must be innovative with high growth potential and own intellectual property rights
• Projects that have received funding from East Lake High-Tech Zone talent policies or won past 3551 finals cannot re-enter
• Participants in the Europe/US Track must have studied, worked, or started a business in the corresponding country/region
• Each project can only compete in one track
