    Eligibility Criteria

    • Must be an entrepreneur residing in Evanston
    • Must not have received funding from any other city-sponsored economic development program
    • Must complete a Small Business Development Center onboarding and advising session
    • Must demonstrate a business concept with clear future milestones.

    Participation Commitments

    • Must complete the committee’s interest form
    • Must participate in an initial meeting with the Small Business Development Center
    • Must engage in ongoing progress tracking through structured training.
