Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an entrepreneur residing in Evanston
- Must not have received funding from any other city-sponsored economic development program
- Must complete a Small Business Development Center onboarding and advising session
- Must demonstrate a business concept with clear future milestones.
Participation Commitments
- Must complete the committee’s interest form
- Must participate in an initial meeting with the Small Business Development Center
- Must engage in ongoing progress tracking through structured training.
