The Hitachi Global Foundation’s Asia Innovation Award invites nominations from faculty, researchers, and students in ASEAN countries who are making significant contributions to science and technology aimed at solving social issues and achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with substantial monetary prizes awarded for outstanding innovations and impactful research.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be faculty members, researchers, or students from eligible universities or research institutes in ASEAN countries
• Must conduct research in their home country
• Requires a recommendation from a director or senior position in their department
