Eligibility Criteria

• Legal entities established in eligible European countries
• Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Startups and spin-offs
• Non-governmental and non-profit organizations (NGOs, foundations, associations)
• Proposed work must align with ELIAS project objectives
• Capacity to implement proposed activities within the funding period

Participation Commitments

• Proposals must be submitted by 23:59 CET on the deadline date
• Projects expected to start in Q4 2026
• Evaluation based on excellence, impact, and quality of implementation
