Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a DPIIT registered tech-driven startup in Nagaland or Northeast India
• Focus on ICT, artificial intelligence, electronic design manufacturing, and deep tech
• Must have an MVP or working prototype
• Must hold a valid purchase order or pilot agreement from qualified enterprises
• Not eligible if previously funded by MeitY's TIDE 2.0 or SAMRIDH programs
• At least one full-time founder required
