Eligibility Criteria

• Startup must be a registered business entity
• Startup must be in business no more than six years
• Startup generates less than $1 million USD in annual revenue
• Startup has received less than $2 million USD in funding since founding
• Startup must not already possess PTC products (except for PTC Mathcad)
• Startup must not be a reseller, consultant, or service provider

Participation Commitments

• Startups can re-apply at the end of each year
• Must maintain eligibility criteria to continue receiving benefits
