Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory: early-stage B2B or B2B2C founders from all regions of the UK
• Mandatory: building technology in any sector
• Mandatory: applying through either the pre-seed/seed track or the Pre-Series A to Series A/later-stage track
• Mandatory: EIS-qualifying startups, as described by Wealth Club
• Reported mandatory entry requirement for OneToWin: £200,000 in annual recurring revenue

Participation Commitments

• Applications are open from 21 January to 2 March 2025.
• The competition runs over a nine-week period.
• Finalists pitch to a live audience of ecosystem leaders, investors and media at London Tech Week, taking place 9–13 June at London Olympia.
• The £1 million investment prize is subject to due diligence and negotiation.

Target Region

Open to early-stage B2B and B2B2C founders from all regions of the United Kingdom; Wealth Club described the 2025 competition as open to EIS-qualifying startups across the UK.
