• They are responsible for ensuring their innovation does not infringe on the rights of others.
• Previous winners of any Shenzhen innovation competitions are not eligible to participate.
• Projects must demonstrate significant innovation within the competition's eligible verticals listed below: Ocean Economy, New Materials, Green & Low Carbon Technology.
