Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum revenue of $25,000 in the past 12 months

• Operating for at least one year

Participation Commitments

• Complete the application in approximately 15 minutes
• Provide business information including revenue, description of your business, services, and customers
• Submit Schedule C from last year’s personal tax return, federal business tax return, or a full year profit and loss statement
