Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a registered Australian company including Indigenous companies
• Headquartered in New South Wales (NSW)
• Must have an ABN and an Australian authorized deposit-taking institution account
• Must possess product intellectual property or commercialization rights
• Annual revenue not exceeding AUD 400,000 for the last three financial years
• Founders and team must not exceed 10 full-time equivalent staff
• Product must be at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 3-9 (from R&D to early commercialization)

Participation Commitments

• Must complete the project within 3-12 months after approval
• Must provide matching funding of 25%-50% depending on the grant type
• Must adhere to the specific conditions of the funding stream applied for
