Eligibility Criteria

• Businesses must be operating in Campbell County, Altavista, or Brookneal and must have been in operation for no more than three years
• Must hold a valid business license from Campbell County or the mentioned towns
• Must be a new startup that has been in operation for less than three years
• All local taxes must be paid up to date
• Applicants must attend at least two qualifying entrepreneurship training workshops

Participation Commitments

• Must attend at least two qualifying entrepreneurship training workshops
• Complete a business plan review with a one-on-one advisor from the Small Business Development Center or Spark Innovation Center
