Eligibility Criteria

• 🌍 Geographic Eligibility
• Businesses must be operating in Campbell County, Altavista, or Brookneal and must have been in operation for no more than three years.

• Must hold a valid business license from Campbell County or the mentioned towns.
• 💼 Business Stage
• Must be a new startup that has been in operation for less than three years.
• 💰 Tax Compliance
• All local taxes must be paid up to date.
• 👥 Training Requirement
• Applicants must attend at least two qualifying entrepreneurship training workshops.
