    Eligibility Criteria

    • Must be incorporated in the U.S. or have a U.S. subsidiary
    • Companies utilizing technology licensed from academic labs are eligible
    • Must have official registration with the U.S. federal government (Sam.gov)
    • Non-U.S. citizen applicants must designate a Primary Investigator who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

    Participation Commitments

    • ⏳ Program Duration — Cohort members must complete the Accelerator program
    • 📅 Proposal Preparation — Assistance with proposal preparation for flight to the ISS
    • 💼 Investment Terms — Investment funds are provided in two installments based on program completion
