About

A 3-month accelerator program designed for early-stage agritech startups, offering expert mentoring, travel support, and opportunities to connect with investors. Participants will engage in weekly online sessions and attend key industry events to showcase their innovations. Sprout is New Zealand's leading early-stage startup accelerator and investor, igniting the next wave of technology and innovation in the agrifood value chain. Established in 2015, Sprout has 11 companies under investment portfolio and has developed the capability of more than 250 entrepreneurs.

Benefits

• 💰No Fees
  Sprout covers domestic flights and accommodation for 1-2 people per team to attend the Underground events, and international participants must make their way to New Zealand.

  Opportunity to engage with the Investment team and attract engagement from other investors during the final online Showcase

Eligibility Criteria

• Early-stage novel innovations, technology or science with direct or potential application in the agrifood value chain
• Pre-revenue or up to $1,000,000 revenue post-launch
• Domestic and international applications are welcome

Participation Commitments

• Must commit to a 3-month program with 2-3 hours of weekly online mentoring and group sessions
• Attendance at 2 Underground events that are 2 days each is required
• Final online Showcase presentation to an audience of industry connections and investors
