Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be U.S.-organized with majority domestic ownership
• Projects must include advanced reactors, fuel fabrication, recycling, enrichment, and other innovations
• Applicants must maintain active SAM.gov registration.

Participation Commitments

• Initial application deadline for questions is June 19, 2026
• Applications must be submitted by July 8, 2026, for first selection round
• Selected participants will execute OTA or SPP agreements.
