About

The "Restart for IDPs" educational grant program, launched by IREX and EasyBusiness under the "Unity for Action" initiative, aims to support internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine by providing $10,000 grants, business skill development, and mentoring, fostering community integration and national recovery through the empowerment of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses.

Eligibility Criteria

• Owners of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses founded by IDPs or relocated
• Must be registered and operating in one of the 18 target regions of Ukraine
• Must be a Limited Liability Company (LLC), Individual Entrepreneur (IEP), or Private Enterprise (PE)
• Business registration date must be before January 1, 2024
• Founder/manager must be an IDP with documented forced displacement
