Eligibility Criteria

• Startups must be under 8 years old
• Legal entities, research teams, and individuals must partner with Taiwan’s semiconductor industry
• Applicants from or backed by China are ineligible
• Participants must own or legally license the intellectual property rights of their technology
• Concept paper and a 3-minute pitch video must be submitted on time
• Past winners can apply only if led by a new project leader
