Eligibility Criteria

• Open to employers located in British Columbia, Canada.
• 🏢 Employer Participation
• Relevant companies in the province are welcome to participate.
• 👥 Target Groups
• Interns must self-identify as part of underrepresented groups, including women, Indigenous peoples, Black and people of color, individuals with disabilities, 2SLGBTQQIA+ community members, neurodiverse individuals, non-binary individuals, and youth with foster care experience.
