Eligibility Criteria
- Must create a disruptive technology that impacts at least one Colorado advanced industry
- Must be registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and in Good Standing
- Headquarters must be in Colorado or at least 50% of employees based in Colorado
- Must provide matching $2-to-$1 non-State funding to State funding
- Annual revenues must be fewer than $10 million
Participation Commitments
- Must complete a pre-qualification application in the OEDIT application portal
- Must provide documentation verifying matching funds at the time of application
- Must attend a pitch training session if selected to pitch at the Full Committee Meeting
- Must execute a formal grant agreement before spending any grant funds
