    Eligibility Criteria

    • Must create a disruptive technology that impacts at least one Colorado advanced industry
    • Must be registered with the Colorado Secretary of State and in Good Standing
    • Headquarters must be in Colorado or at least 50% of employees based in Colorado
    • Must provide matching $2-to-$1 non-State funding to State funding
    • Annual revenues must be fewer than $10 million

    Participation Commitments

    • Must complete a pre-qualification application in the OEDIT application portal
    • Must provide documentation verifying matching funds at the time of application
    • Must attend a pitch training session if selected to pitch at the Full Committee Meeting
    • Must execute a formal grant agreement before spending any grant funds
