The Learning Disabilities and Autism Business Grants Program is an initiative by Essex County Council aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses in the UK that are dedicated to creating meaningful employment opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, offering grants of up to £25,000 to help cover essential costs such as salaries, start-up expenses, equipment, and training, thereby fostering an inclusive workforce and breaking down barriers to employment.
