Eligibility Criteria

• Must include at least one early-stage business and one nonprofit administrative partner
• Must operate in P4G’s ODA-eligible partner countries and focus on specified sub-sectors
• Must be at seed or post-seed financing stage with a robust business plan
• Must understand policy, legal, and regulatory frameworks in the implementation country
• Must be innovative and show climate, economic, and social impact
• Must include a cost share of at least 30% and meet budget requirements
• Must demonstrate responsible business conduct and meet due diligence requirements
