Eligibility Criteria
- Businesses must be in good standing with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation and federal and State taxing and licensing authorities.
- They must have been open and operational along the Purple Line alignment before January 1, 2022, and be located within one-quarter mile of the existing or future Purple Line Light Rail tracks.
- Small businesses with 50 or fewer employees or gross sales of $2,000,000 or less in the most recent three fiscal years are eligible.
