Eligibility Criteria

• Open to startups registered in Tamil Nadu
• Must be a legally registered startup with valid incorporation documents
• Must secure confirmation of external funding from angel investors, venture capitalists, institutional partners, or corporations
• Must be recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) in India
• Existing businesses that are split, restructured, subsidiaries, joint ventures, affiliated companies, or foreign subsidiaries in India are not eligible.

Participation Commitments

• Must submit the application through the StartupTN official website
• Participants must report on progress based on the established milestones for funding disbursement.
