Eligibility Criteria

• Only limited companies (aktiebolag)
• Maximum 10 years since establishment
• Maximum 10 employees
• Maximum 10 million SEK in net sales or balance sheet total
• Must not have distributed profits
• Registered for F-tax and VAT
• Registered for employer contributions if there are salary costs

Participation Commitments

• Must sign a document approving participation and committing to project execution
• Regular reporting on progress, costs, and results during the project
• If multiple parties are involved, mutual rights and obligations must be agreed upon in an agreement
